Overview
ARDNAS LEGAL is a leading commercial law firm with its head office in Lagos, Nigeria. We embrace our local and international knowledge to complete our clients’ transactions and enable our clients to achieve their objectives. Our correspondent relationships with international firms complement our ability to provide effective and cost-effective services.
Although the firm was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in March 2021, it was founded in 2018 with the aim of redefining the legal profession in Nigeria by creating awareness of legal issues and proffering solutions to existing legal issues with Legal research and technology as its main tools.
Since its inception, the firm has established its reputation by acquiring unrivaled knowledge of its clients’ business sectors, as well as strong and long-standing contacts throughout the commercial sector. It currently handles a portfolio of over 40 companies engaged in various complex commercial transactions in the oil and gas industry; several litigation cases ranging from land matters, criminal matters, and matrimonial cases while also involved in various property transactions. In the entertainment field, the firm handles contractual negotiations, copyright law to defamation claims and assists client in securing their intellectual property.
The firm is a multi-partner law practice with diverse expertise at the partner level and firm-wide. It is managed by three lawyers at the Partner level who have specialized in different aspects of law and are making use of the vast experiences and competencies they have over the course of their careers coupled with the knowledge and skills gathered from studying in top Nigerian Universities as well as those gathered in the course of them obtaining Masters degrees from high-ranking Universities in the United Kingdom.
Their diverse backgrounds have contributed progressively to the growth of the firm. The Partners as well as the associate lawyers and paralegal team have organized the firm into dedicated practice groups, which enable us offer a full complement of legal services from our office, which is strategically located in Lagos; the economic hub and commercial capital of Nigeria.

Adebola Adeniran

Fisayo Solabomi Mabekoje
Oluwafisayo Solabomi Mabekoje is a Senior Partner with vast knowledge and experience in areas of Civil, Criminal and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. His practice experience spans Property Law and Debt recovery, Human Rights Law, Probate Matters and Pre-election and Post-election matters.
He understands the difficulty and risks both financially and emotionally involved in every legal situation for individuals and businesses. Therefore, in managing the law firm’s litigation portfolio, he relies on his vast experience and critical analytic reasoning coupled with intense legal research including the interpretation and application of statutory, constitutional and case laws to every intricate legal situation to assist clients avoid legal complications and provide them with a viable solution where the circumstances are unavoidable.
He obtained his LL.B (Hons.) at the prestigious Igbinedion University where he received an award of merit from the Oba Erediauwa College of Law while serving as the President of the Moot Court of Appeal. He qualified to practice law after attending the Nigerian Law School Abuja. He thereafter obtained his LL.M (with Distinction) from the University of Birmingham, Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Over the years, he completed a mini pupillage at the office of Chief Toye Coker & Co. Chambers, Abeokuta and gained vast experience as an associate at the office of N.O.O. Oke (SAN) & Co. Ibadan. He has acted as both lead and co-counsel in litigations across various courts of record in Nigeria and handled several legal matters spanning across several aspects of the legal profession.
Raymond Michael
Raymond Michael Udoidiong is an associate at Ardnas Legal Practitioners who is a passionate, goal-oriented, and energetic legal practitioner with qualitative
exposure and experience in corporate legal practice and courtroom advocacy.
He handles the firm’s corporate matters and general litigation. He counseled the
firm’s client on corporate matters and has helped in solving complex corporate issues for clients, an area he has attained enviable expertise in. He is also versatile in Legal drafting, ranging from Deeds of Assignment and other land instruments, Contractual Agreements, Letters, and different court processes.
Aside from his outstanding abilities in the corporate practice, he has successfully
handled over 40 cases of recovery of premises, carried out legal searches at the
land registry, recertification, recovery of debts and loans for some leading
commercial banks, represented the firm’s clients at EFCC and ICPC, handled to
a conclusive end several matters at the magistrate courts and the High Court.
Before joining the firm, he had practiced with TC IROEGBU & CO, where he
gathered qualitative experience in different areas of the legal profession.
Mr. Raymond Michael is also a volunteer and pioneer trustee of “No Box
Initiative” an NGO seeking a better education for vulnerable children in Nigeria.
His current research and practice areas are corporate/commercial practice,
company secretarial services, human resources, and real estate law.
Dominic Obot
Dominic Obot is an administrative officer in Ardnas Legal Practitioners who has experience in administrative and public relations management.
Mr Dominic handles the administrative responsibilities of the firm including content research and records and file keeping. His responsibilities also include social media management.
Prior to joining Ardnas Legal Practitioners, he was the Head Managerial Executive of a KC Gamings (Bet9ja) Shop where he served there for two years and got notable commendations.
